However, it is important to note that this guarantee does not include coverage for loss, theft, or intentional damage to the instrument.

Below, you will find the specified duration of the warranty for your product as outlined in the applicable terms, along with the comprehensive terms and conditions that encompass all warranty durations, including any exclusions.  

 

5 Year Warranty

Products Covered by NatureRAY’s 5 Year Warranty:

NatureRAY OUTREK binocular range: 8x32, 8x42, and 10x42

NatureRAY TRAILBIRD binocular range: 8x32, 8x42, 10x42, and 10x50

 

The 5 year warranty begins on the day of purchase.

 

In the event of defects arising from substandard processing or materials, we retain the authority to decide between repairing or replacing the faulty components. Should the product prove to be irreparable or if the specific product model has been discontinued at the time of your request, we will provide you with a replacement NatureRAY product of comparable value and condition. However, please be aware that this offer is subject to the limitations and exclusions detailed below.

 

Exclusions

  • This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-assignable and non-transferable;
  • We will not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect use or for any repairs or alterations to the product which have been carried out by a third party;
  • The guarantee does not cover parts such as the carry case, neck straps, eyecups, rubber lens covers, rubberized coatings, and similar accessories;
  • Regrettably, we are unable to provide customers with essential parts for self-repairs that may impact the waterproofing of a product still under warranty;
  • Optical misalignment (image distortion or double-image caused by dislodging of prisms) is also not covered under the warranty, as this will only happen if the product has been subject to a shock or has been dropped.

NatureRAY product guarantees are supplementary to your statutory rights as provided by law.

 

Delivery Charges for Warranty Claims

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of returning a faulty product to us within the warranty period. After repair, NatureRAY covers charges for deliveries within the UK. However, for deliveries to other locations, the customer is responsible for the applicable carriage charges before despatch.

 

Import Charges for International Warranty Claims

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on local regulations and the delivery company's policies, you might encounter import duty, customs fees, courier handling fees, or other charges upon receiving your returned item. Even if the correct customs procedure code has been utilised, these charges may still apply. To ensure proper delivery, you may need to provide additional information, such as a national ID number, or a copy of your repair quotation or despatch note, as proof of rightful ownership for the delivered goods. It's essential to understand that these charges and processes are beyond our control, and any inquiries or concerns should be directed to the delivery company.
